When I started working with Johnny K's Authentic Donairs, the donair had just been named the official food of Halifax. I helped promote Johnny K's by establishing a strong partnership with Ambassatours, including the Harbour Hopper tours. I created tour guide scripts, signage, menus and a promotional campaign to bring hungry tourists and locals to the iconic Pizza Corner in Halifax, NS.
